理光MPC8002一直报“关闭抽屉单元”

症状故障：Always Alam“Please Close the Drawer Unit” 一直报“关闭抽屉单元”原因1. Drawer Knob Sensor、Drawer Set Sensor、Drawer Lock Sensor、Drawer Lock Moter defective。抽屉旋转传感器、抽屉放置传感器、抽屉锁定传感器、抽屉锁定电机故障。2. DUB、PFB、IOB defective。DUB、PFB、IOB故障。3. Communication (Input/Output to PCB) defective。输入\输出设备至PCB之间连接故障。
维修过程
1. Using SP5803 to detected Drawer Knob Sensor、Drawer Set Sensor、Drawer Lock Sensor，they were normal；使用SP5803测试抽屉旋转传感器、抽屉放置传感器、抽屉锁定传感器、抽屉锁定电机都正常；2. Using SP5804、1040 to detected Drawer Lock Moter， its normal also；使用SP5804、1040测试抽屉锁定电机也正常；3. Repalced DUB、PFB、IOB one by one，Failure still；依次更换DUB、PFB、IOB后，故障未排除；4. I found out Drawer Unit Set Switch1\2 on the framework from the PtoP Diagram，but they were not found in SP5803；根据PtoP资料发现机架上还有抽屉单元放置1、2开关与故障相关，但在SP5803列表中未找到该测试项目；

5. Measurement connection was normal（Drawer Unit Set Switch1\2 to ECO）；确认抽屉单元放置1、2开关至ECO连接线束正常；6. Confirmation was bad contact by multimeter（Drawer Unit Set Switch1\2）。使用万用表确认抽屉单元放置1、2开关断路造成该故障。解决方案 Machine return to normal by Replaced the Drawer Unit Set Switch 1\2。更换抽屉单元放置1、2开关后故障排除。
